Honestly, Josie going through the list not just with Wes but with her friends as well felt like the ultimate masterclass in moving on and finding closure. Watching Josie grow throughout the chapters was like seeing a caterpillar transform into a butterfly—bolder, braver, and most importantly, happy by the end.

Also, the brother's teammate/best friend trope is seriously stepping up its game! I loved how the classic “touch my sister and die” threats are turning into more reasonable conversations—because, let's be honest, it really can be worked out, right? That was a major highlight for me in this book!
