ARC Review- This was such a cute sports romance. I, for one, am not the biggest fan of the instalove trope, but I couldn’t help myself from giggling and kicking my feet when Josie and Wes met. They had so much chemistry for a one-night stand!! But what is supposed to be one night turns into many, obviously, when they become housemates, forced to live together. And I loved them together. The chemistry and respect they have for each other? I loved Josie so much, and I have a soft spot for this girl who’s trying to navigate San Francisco with a list to live her life. She’s just so relatable, lovable, and mature. Wes was such a sweetheart and his acts of service? Phew, okay! 😮‍💨 Classic brother’s teammate turned into forbidden romance. I love it, give me 50 more! And the narration by Erin and Connor is honestly so amazing— they really brought the characters to life. I haven’t had this much fun listening to an audiobook.
