Really solid and fun for most of it until, like their previous book, the author throws just a few too many things into the ending and it loses its focus and momentum. Still, a really lovely and fun ride worth the read.

Extremely upsetting, graphic, POV description of child sex abuse was too much for me, and that was after the already very difficult emotional and physical abuse from the protagonist's parents. Just too tough.
