I really trip to push through but with all the grammatical errors and the way she had Royal act when he got nervous and pushed ol girl away, I ain’t like that.

I smiled so hard this entire book. Kenneth, aka XL, is a big old teddy bear, and I love me a big boy. I think he fell in love with Zahra from jump when he found her in the closet. I fell out when Amir and his brother came in and she said she was the maid. They didn’t believe that for a second. Also, Zyon was behind all that mess. SMH. I loved the ending with XL setting up the wedding for them to get married again.

Anya had her work cut out for her with Michael, Graham, and Psalm.
First of all, Michael was a despicable creature. He don’t even deserve to be called a man. He was disgustingly for contracting two STDs and giving them to Anya while she was pregnant? Possibly causing the miscarriage.
Michael was a whole other story with his stalking behind. He had other women and still sniffing behind Anya.
Now Psalm, he did too much,  but he had his reasons. He loved her. I love how they played video games together, after he got over being so mean to her. The moment he gave in and had her on that table, I knew he was going to be gone. And then he made video game characters after her. It was so cute. I was excited when she finally had a baby. I know how much she wanted to be a mom.

Sharina and Maceo were made for each other. Although I was mad that Sharina didn’t press harder about Charity. I feel like she let that slide. Amp dying hurt soooo much because he and Sharina grew up together. Charity and her getting off on killing Blane? That was too much. Also, Sharina can’t possibly be a getaway driver with how she couldn’t put maneuver Charity. Senior and Sharina’s daddy fighting took me out! The picture in my head had me rolling. I am definitely excited to read about Titan and Mia.

This book was sooooo deep.

Elise’s husband was trash for how he treated her, but he was no worse than Neco. Neco was a terrible father. The way he brought up Safari. And then let him be taped by a grown woman, despite killing her, she should’ve never been alone with him. I’m glad Safari’s mom finally got her life together. Kimberly did her thing with this book. Safari loved him some Elise from the first day when he found lil bit. Elise reuniting with her family made me tear up.

I loved Deuce and Salima. Deuce really was toxic, but he loved him some Salima. I loved the way that he cared for her mom. Any man who respects and cares for the mother of the woman he’s with is good in my book.

I’m looking forward to Maceo and Shar!

I liked Tristan and Chelsea. That night when he took her home to protect her and she asked him to get the towel off the vanity in the bathroom? I was no good. Her friend was no better encouraging the behavior. I loved Chelsea’s relationship with he father as someone who doesn’t have one with her own father. I kind of felt that they would end up dancing together. It was bound to happen one way or another. Also, black folks skiing???

Also, Mike being the serial killer? I did not see that coming!!! I liked the mystery element to it.

This was really cute. I didn’t like the male narrator. He wasn’t a fave of mine. Regardless, Tina and Malik were so cute. They were both peeping each other for a while and finally got it together.

Now, Tina’s aunt? She was a WHOLE MESS! Not her trying to get her some, and telling Tina she wanted to get married, and the man hadn’t even asked her.

I loved the relationship between Malik and Tina. Malik’s dad was trash though.

Now, the spice was just enough, not too much, and not too raunchy.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 30%.
There was entirely too much sex and Baas’ wife literally just died and he’s thinking about marriage again. Seven chapters in and they haven’t squared away the past, just sex, sex, and more sex.

Nick and Lily meeting online through his website was so cute and such a nerd thing to do. When he stopped responding, I knew that must’ve been when he moved in next to her. Nick should’ve told her though when he realized that she was who he had been talking to.
This was cute.
