There were tidbits of insightful information in here, but it wasn't as information and science-dense as I was hoping. If you're looking for a book about how exercising can help heal trauma, this probably won't be the book for you.

This is less a book of essays and more a book of lists. It seems sort of repetitive and isn't really providing much new information that I can find in other books. Also, listening to an audiobook of lists is not fun nor does it keep my attention.
When I got to the point of wanting to listen to it just to get through it, I knew it was time to DNF.

This might be partially because of how hyped up this book was last year, but I found the story to be just okay. I wanted more from it that I wasn't getting. All in all, they did succeed in making a queer western.

Mostly good. I didn't like them using Donald Trump as an example of a successful and resilient business man when there are SO MANY other people who deserve more credit. That sort of showed me their bias which I didn't think was necessary (and this created after Trump was elected president, of which they mentioned in the book as a success). In the future, I'd advise more unbiased content.

There are some good revelations here, but I think too many references to the Bible and Christianity. I know this business model is unique and it's nice to learn about different ways of showing up. I don't think I can directly transfer this to my workplace, but I can filter it for my company's needs and experiment to see how effective it is.

I'm so glad this book was more than what the cover would have me believe. It looks like a romcom book -- it's not. Romance is such a small part of it that; this book packs a massive punch. I read it in under two days. I would highly recommend it.
