Better than expected

I read a few reviews that had me scared to read this book. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There were a few bumps in the road, but overall, a good interesting read/listen.

Keeps getting better!

I enjoyed this one more than book one. It was intense, but flowed well. Jude and Uriah are growing on me.

Good grief!

I hope there is another book in the series. Jude's father was a real low down dirty scoundrel. The antagonists in this book were sick! Also, I would have thought Jude would look into Elliot's mother for obvious reasons after finding out about Boy's "mother".

Not as good as the last one.

This one was not as good as the last one. Tracy displayed a bit of micro aggressive racism in one scene. It kind of tanked the whole story for me.

I liked it!

This book flowed at a steady pace. I enjoyed the story on Dale and his love life, too. On to the next one!

Little sappy at the end, but...

I'm on to the next one. This one wasn't as intense as the others. It almost had a comical feel to it. Still, I enjoyed it. On to the next one.

It was okay.

It was an okay read. I would have given it five stars but some things done during the climax of the book made little sense.

The biggest build up to a climax...that didn't deliver

This book was so good...until it wasn't. The climax fell so flat that I was still stuck open mouthed at the end. Like, was that it? Is this all? Why build the tension so we'll only to let it end...like that?
