Dancers Between Realms-Empath Energy, Beyond Empathy by Elisabeth Y. Fitzhugh

I just finished reading Dancers Between Realms by Elisabeth Y. Fitzhugh. It's a non fiction book. It's a book about Empaths and empath energy. It explains why things are they way they are for empaths. It also gives ways they can cope better in a world full of non empaths. It gives pointers on ways to channel the energies they are constantly receiving.

The book was very easy to read and understand. A lot of books like these are written with many big dollar words that leaves the reader feeling lost and confused. I personally really enjoyed this book. I feel like I understand myself and others better because of this book. There were many parts in this book that really struck home for me. Especially when it says that many Empaths are sometimes diagnosed with depression. I was diagnosed with that as a child. Because of this book I now know why I am the way I am. I also know ways to interact with people and channel energy better.

There wasn't really much I didn't like about this book. I feel like the examples were a little brushed over and not really played out as much as they should have been. I also feel like there were many things that were mentioned in the book that could have been explained just a little better. Other than that, I didn't have any problems with the book at all.

I would have to say that I would recommend this book to all empaths out there. I feel like it would help them understand themselves a lot better. It would also give them helpful tips on how to cope and deal with the energies they experience. I would also recommend this book to anybody who is a friend or a relative of an empath. I feel that a lot of people who aren't an empath would understand empaths better if they read this book. They wouldn't feel so distant from them if they understood what the empath went through on a daily basis.
The Stages of Grace by Katherine Mariaca-Sullivan

I just finished reading Stages Of Grace by Katherine Mariaca-Sullivan. It is about a woman who is going through the many stages of grief after finding out that her husband was unfaithful to her for most of their marriage. It also has an underlining story from when she was a teenager. She lives in the same place she grew up in.

This wasn't the first book I've read by Mariaca-Sullivan. I also read Water From Stone. While Water From Stone was a great book, Stages Of Grace is my favorite of hers that I have read. It has touched me in ways that very few books do. I really felt for the main character. I was really moved by the story line. I felt what Grace felt. I was angry for her.

I think I found a few typos in this book. I can't be really sure. Other than that, the only real problem I had was the lack of clarification on the personification changes. It took me a little bit to realize that some of the things were “blasts from the past” so to speak. Once I did, everything started making a lot more sense.

I fully recommend this to a huge variety of people. I think there is a message for all of us in this book. Even if there isn't, there is a great story waiting to be read. Mariaca-Sullivan is a very talented writer. I am honored that I was given the opportunity to have read two of her books. I can't wait to read more books by her.
Elijah the Last Prophet by Mickey R. Mullen

I just finished reading Elijah The Last Prophet. It is an autobiography written by Mickey R. Mullen. The entire book is written about events that happened in his life. It also talks about his family and the struggles they went through and overcome. Most importantly, it talks about his religious experience.

I personally didn't like this book all that much. It wasn't that it was a bad book. It was very well written, but it really just wasn't my style. This was the first autobiography I've really written so I didn't know what to expect. I found my mind wandering a lot. As I said though, it's not a bad book. It's just not my thing.

There were a few paragraphs in the book that kind of felt to me like they were “you had to have been there kind of moments”. I feel like maybe if he kind of re-wrote this a little bit and expanded on some parts while omitting some of the other parts it may help with the confusion factor a little bit.

I would recommend this book to people who love to read autobiographies. Especially the ones who are history junkies and love to read anything to do with events that happened in history. I think if your not in either of those categories, this book will not hold your attention. I'm still honored that I had the opportunity to read this book. I may not have liked it, but it was a great experience to read it.
Moa by Tricia Stewart Shiu

I just finished reading Moa. It is written by Tricia Stewart Shiu. It takes place in Hawaii. It's about four women trying to stop the portals from our world and the spirit world from closing up. They each have to complete their own personal journeys to achieve the answer.

I really enjoyed this book. I'm curious to see where the rest of the series goes. I especially love the entrance into every chapter. It gives the story line a very real and mystical feeling. I do wish that the story could have been more detailed and longer.

The only problem I really had with this book was that there were typos towards the end of the book. I think it would probably be a good idea to do a brush through and get rid of them. I could be wrong on the typos. It may be written like that on purpose. That's the only bad thing I noticed about it.

I fully recommend this book to anybody who likes magically related novels and books. It's very adventurous and energetic book. It's a fun read that will keep one hooked until the very last page. I'm very grateful that I had the chance to read this.
The Statue of Ku by Tricia Stewart Shiu

I just finished reading Statue Of Ku. It is the second book in the Moa series written by Tricia Stewart Shiu. It takes place in Egypt. Hillary, Heidi, Molly, and Moa work together with the king and prince to recover the Statue Of Ku. It is a family heirloom of Moa's. Not only does she want it, it is discovered that without it her entire family line will perish.

I loved this book. I couldn't get enough of it. I didn't think it was possible to like the second book better than I liked the first book. It happened with this series though. I especially love how everything was described so vividly. I felt like I was actually there with them for the majority of the book.

The only thing I really didn't like about this book all that much is how mature they made Heidi. She talked like she was several decades older than she really was. She's a child. I'm sure that it's meant to be like that for the story line. It just kind of made me feel a little strange. I love Heidi though. She's an amazingly sweet and cute character.

I fully recommend this book to anybody who loves adventurous Wicca novels. Especially ones that come in series. It's action packed without being too violent. It does have some violence in it, but it's very mild. I think that's what I love the best about this series. The minimal violence. I am so glad I had the opportunity to read this book!
Catherine Howard: Henry's Fifth Failure by D. Lawrence-Young

I just finished reading Catherine Howard: Henry's Fifth Failure. It is a book about King Henry The VIII's fifth wife. It is written by D. Lawrence-Young. He also wrote Anne Of Cleves: Henry's Luckiest Wife. Both of these books were narrated in two points of views. The final chapter gives the real events that actually happened.

I personally enjoyed the fact that he narrated it out. I know there are many people who probably are not okay with the narration, but I personally am. I feel that it helped me understand that point in history better than I ever have. I especially liked that he used modern English. Not many people would think to write it out like this.

I can't think of anything that was wrong with this book at all. It did everything that I feel a historic novel is supposed to do. It kept me intrigued and wanting to know more and more. I wasn't bored at all with the storyline.

I fully recommend this book to anybody who is into historical events. Especially those who are interested but don't really comprehend textbook descriptions of events. I think it's awesome that there are authors out there who can take a time from history and narrate it this good. It's just simply amazing. I am glad I had the opportunity to read this book.
For Better or For Worse by Krissy V.

I just finished reading For Better Or For Worse. It is written by Krissy V. It's about a woman who marries the man of her dreams. After getting married, he turns out to be a different man then she thought he was. She becomes scared and confused. She doesn't know who to turn to and she feels alone.

Before I talk about how I felt about this book, I want to give Krissy V. a salute for being able to write this book. It must have taken her a lot of courage. I respect and admire that about her. I really enjoyed this book. It through me through some loops, but it kept me on edge through the whole thing. It was dramatic and suspenseful, and it was also sweet and seductive in some points.

The only thing I really didn't like about this book was that I felt that the main character was portrayed as a little childish. I get that a lot of abused women start to take on this quality, so I'm not saying this as a bad thing or an insult against the author. I just feel it kind of contradicts here trying to get the jobs she's going for interviews for.

I fully recommend many women read this story. I especially recommend it to women who are or have been abused in their life, or those who know somebody who is or might be abused. This was a powerfully intense story. It's well worth the read!
Iron Shinto by Tricia Stewart Shiu

I just finished reading Iron Shinto. It is the third book in the Moa series by Tricia Stewart Shiu. Our heroines have lost their bodies and are on a mission to find them. They have to go through many challenges just like the first two books. This time, they have their gifts to help them. It also takes you to the journey of another soul's life story.

I really loved this book! I've loved this whole series so far! I'm hooked and I can't wait to read the fourth book. I have a feeling I already know who the main character's point of view is going to be. I love how the author transitions everything so smoothly. It's amazingly written and keeps you on edge throughout the whole story.

I especially love how great she is at throwing in dramatic twists. Most of the time you can't guess what happened until the very last minute. Don't get me wrong, I love when you're able to guess as well, but I love being thrown by surprise now and then.

I fully recommend this entire series to anybody who is into intense fantasy adventures. This is definitely a great series! I am so thankful that the author and her publisher gave me the opportunity to read these three books. They are definitely some awesome reads!
Kallista by Della Rose

I just finished reading Kallista. It is a dystopian novel by Della Rose. A girl desperately hoping to change her status risks everything to achieve it. With the help from a member in the elite class, she pretends to be someone she isn’t in order to marry an elite and become one of them. If discovered, she will be banned from the life she knows and be shipped to a deserted island, where chances of survival are slim.

While this wasn’t one of my favorites, I liked the story. It was very beautifully written and I can’t wait to read the next one. I really did think it was a very sweet story. I even enjoyed the humor that was thrown into the story now and then.

I really feel there were parts of this book that were too rushed. I feel that if this book had been longer the author wouldn’t of felt they had to rush so many parts of the book. This is just my opinion though. For all I know, it could have been rushed on purpose. I also feel that there were a few scenes that should have been drawn out just a little more.

I recommend this book to anybody who loves dystopian and young adult romances. It is very sweetly written. It is also very deep and intellectually written. It’s a very easy read, but it’s very worth it. I’m glad that I was given the chance to read this book.
The Forgotten Ones by Laura Howard

I just finished reading The Forgotten Ones. It is a novel written by Laura Howard. It is about a girl who struggles to help take care of her mother on top of trying to lead a normal life. Her father comes back into her life after being absent since before she was born. His showing up and his news turns her world upside down.

I got hooked immediately and kept reading to the very end. This was a very well written book. I felt like I could fully relate to the main character. This is especially true when it comes to social situations. She’s really cautious when it comes to opening up to people. She feels like she is to blame for many things. She feels anxiety over being perfect even though nobody expects it of her.

I can’t wait to read the rest of this trilogy. I am really curious to see how it plays out from here. It’s amazing how well the author can grab your attention. It’s even more amazing that she has the talent to keep your attention until the very last page.

I fully recommend this book. It’s an amazing book! I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to read this book. It is truly an amazingly written book. I fully encourage everybody to give this book a chance. I promise you wont regret it.
