Persephone is sick of being the good girl that always follows the rules. Then she receives a coin from across the Styx River from none other than Hades himself. She decides to cross the river and ends up enjoying her time there but her mother is not as enthused.
A spicy retelling of Hades and Persephone that had me on the edge of my seat. I loved every bit of it.

Go on an adventure with a doctor with a passion for astrology. Alicia Brando tells about her life as a MD and how astrology opened her up to more options. This book is full of insight and information. It is interesting and intriguing. It can be somewhat boring in places and I wish it had more of a guide on how to get into astrology but other than that it is a good read.

Reid and Marley meet on a get-away to Paris and after just 5 hours of knowing each other, they are in love. Reid lives in Londan and is trying to expand his design business. Marley lives in New York and is going to business school. Is this just a fling or is it more?
This novella is so cute. It is a fast read and all ends meet. I absolutely loved it.

Planes crash. Cars stall and won't crank back up. Phones and other electronics no longer work. This is the life that the world starts to face. Unknowing forces cause anything that runs with some sort of motor or computer to quit working. Tensions rise, morals are tested, and a murderer is on the loose while families are trying to adjust to their new life.
I didn't know this book was a faith-based book when I got it. The story had some promise. It was an interesting topic but then it starts to cram religion down your throat. Even the parents in the book are forcing religion upon their kids. The story would start to get good and then the next thing you know your slapped in the face with pages upon pages of lectures about religion. I could have looked past it but it was overdone. Most of the characters acted like children. I understand that it is a stressful situation but adults having temper tantrums is too much. The author made it very clear she is against racism but then shows prejudice towards other groups of people such as Muslims and rednecks. She also acted like someone selling adult products is worse than a murderer. If you're into a faith based book with a Bible lesson with some suspense sprinkled throughout look no further. It wasn't my cup of tea and I definitely won't be finishing the series.

Note! Pay attention to the trigger warnings. Cheating, kidnapping, sexual assault, and forced marriage are just some of them.
Fleur has fled her hometown and ended up in Ruin, Mississippi. Picture perfect in writing but hiding dark secrets. She befriends a man who helps her rebuild the Farmhouse she bought. Just to find that he's caught up in some dirty business which endangers her. And what's with this tall, dangerous-looking man that keeps staring at her?
I loved every bit of this book. There were so many twists and turns and a great plot plus some spice. I didn't want to put it down.

The end of an adventure. Roland's ka-tet keeps getting smaller and smaller on his way to the Dark Tower. As he gets closer, he hears the tower calling to him. Coming across danger after danger, Roland is adamant to make it to the tower. Was all of the effort and loss for nothing? Find out in The Dark Tower.
I fell in love with so many of the characters of this series. There are so many twists and turns I never got bored. I do suggest reading it slowly and taking breaks to fully absorb all of the events. A lot is going on and most of it goes on all at once. These stories are beautifully written. I'm sad for the end.

I loved this book. The characters are relatable and the world is unique. This book has a little bit of everything. I felt like I was in the story with them. If you haven't checked this book out yet, you're missing out

I loved every bit of this book. If you loved The Hunger Games, you'll love this. It is full of fantasy, no-spice romance, and twists and turns. The characters are relatable and the descriptions make you feel like you are in the story as well. I did not want to put it down.

Ainsley has had nothing but bad luck for years. Living in less-than-suitable conditions, being looked over job after job, Ainsley is starting to give up on life. She moves back home to try to start over, living in her father's run-down house, cleaning houses and helping the elderly in the town. Then someone from her past, someone she thought to be dead, is seen outside her house. Theon, believing Ainsley left him for dead one fateful night wants to make her life a living nightmare, except for one thing... he can't get her off his mind.
This book had me obsessed. I fell in love with Theon from the get-go. There are quite a few spicy scenes so it's more for a mature audience. I did not want to put it down.

Audrey is now a single mom, watching her ex-husband Callum and his new girlfriend Cassidy fall in love. Michael is young with no cares, but fun for the time being. Previously, when Michael met her daughter Maisie, he ran out. Audrey is left wondering if she will ever find love again. Michael, realizing his mistake, will not give up trying to contact her. Until one day, a positive test makes Audrey respond to Michael's messages.
The feelings and characters in Because of Them are relatable and realistic. I fell in love with the characters and felt every emotion along with them. Be sure to pay attention to the trigger warnings at the beginning. None were that bad for me, but it may be different for others. Just remember while reading, some things may not make sense based on where you live, such as Christmas being hot in Australia.
I absolutely loved this book as well as the previous books. You're missing out if you haven't picked up these books and love some romance with some spice.
