This was such a great book some parts of it I am not sure if I’ll do as I’m not fully into meditation but I felt like this was all very helpful of just taking a second to breathe or pause and stretch and a few other tips that I wanted to use for my children! Highly recommend for any mom who struggles to be patient or gets stressed out or overwhelmed. Which I think most can or do!
