Breathe, Mama, Breathe: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Moms by Shonda Moralis

I found little insights in many of the chapters, but found it too repetitive. It worked best for me to read a few chapters a day to avoid feeling annoyed at how similar all the breaks were. Overall I liked her attitude of trying to cultivate mindfulness, while also recognizing that parenting (and life) is frustrating and being present in the moment is the work of a lifetime.
