I don't know how I feel about the coda to the main story.

Meh - I loved the conclusions for the characters we’ve grown so attached to over the previous 4 novels and 2 collections of short stories, but for being the longest book in the series (by a pretty large margin) it felt like we spent quite little time with them before wrapping up their stories for good.

2.5 but I rounded up.

I wish I could summarize what this installment of the Witcher series was about. But frankly, I can't. The story kept jumping around in story and timeline and location and characters that it was really hard to keep straight what was happening.

I think what saved it was the narrator. If I had been actually reading it, instead of listening, I think I would have been even more lost. And to be honest, the only reason I kept going was to have the sense of completion in the series.

I seriously hope that when the Netflix series gets to this point, they are able to make it more coherent.

Well, that was an ending I suppose. And Sir Galahad? Why not? This series was really all over the place and I guess it was the ending I deserved for reading the whole thing. Really a disappointing series after those great short story collections.
