Oh my swoon! West Larson is my new favorite book boyfriend. The chemistry between him and Stacia practically jumps off the pages. Their similar personalities and sense of humor make them perfect for each other. I love her sass and her determination. Then the way that West is just so effortlessly thoughtful and cares for her just melts your heart. And as someone who can also spout off random movie quotes and facts like Miss Stacia, I LOVED all the movie references. Knew each and every one. Lol. This was just such a sweet and fun and sexy read. Another hit for LK for sure.

I love when characters from one book, morph into secondary characters in another, it makes it feel like family. And Ms. Farlow is a master. Following on, but a total standalone, from Rebel Heart, West and Stacia get their story. Weston Larson comes from money, a lot of old money. But with it come certain expectations from his father and mother, the same father and mother who were never parents to him. When his grandfather dies, he leaves West his Grandma Mimi's house and enough money to tell his parents where to go; the one condition is that he produces an heir within a year. At 24 West is in no place to get married or have a child, but he wants the house that belonged to his grandmother. Stacia Kellan's best friend is married to West's best friend, so they know each other well but have vowed for the sake of the friend group that nothing can ever happen between them. That is until Stacia's world falls apart, leaving her broke, homeless and fighting for her family. When West steps in with an offer to help, Stacia's immediate reaction is to turn him down - but with no other options, she is forced to accept. What started as attraction, morphs into so much more and it might just be that they can both save each other. Love this story.❤️

This was so forgettable that even after 2 days I don't recall many particular. Not even characters names, but I do remember how many times I rolled my eyes or cringed. The whole 'baby mamma' thing got old fast and turned me away from wanting to continue reading.

super sweet

Rebel Soul was super sweet. Weston, like his cousin Brock, is charming and unlike what I expected him to be. I love bad boy personas more but I can’t lie I think I may have a small crush on the sweetheart Weston.

This isn’t my first read by this author and I adore her books!

This one is no different. This one was just as swooning and heartbreaking, but not the typical heartbreak you think.
Stacia, this poor woman. Her love for her family and loyalty to them is so strong that she broke my heart with all she gets thrown at her. But like I said she is strong and will do whatever it takes to get her family back to good terms.

West was a surprise to me. I thought he was going to be your typical cocky, alpha hero but he took a twist that I didn’t see coming! It was such a great little twist that made me love him!! Not that I hated him at anytime but you will see what I mean when you read it.

This whole book was just sweet, cute and steamy!

Our main characters:
West and Stacia.

West is a playboy who just got told in order to get his inheritance he has to have a child before his 25 birthday. Stacia just had her life flipped upside down when her dad got sentenced to prison for embezzlement.

West and Stacia are already familiar with each other because her friend is married to his cousin. So they’re already in a friend group and have good chemistry.

Stacias working double time to save for her dads bond, west offers to let her live with him while things get sorted out and while living together their chemistry gets stronger, they fuck, she then agrees to be his baby mama, and then they fall in love.
—————
Overall it was cute. I won’t lie and say I hated it but it could’ve been better. In my opinion they fell in love too fast, the ball never dropped (you know the big breakup moment - yeah it didn’t happen), his pet name “baby mama” for her was over used, and it got being in the epilogue and last chapter. This won’t be a book I remember details of so hopefully my summary jogs my memory in the future.
