Natasha has done it again and this story is absolutely beautiful and in an ironic twist addictive. Her writing gets better and better and the stories run smoothly, with fantastic relatable characters and a bit of juicyness thrown in. Whats not to love? Great book...

This is the story of Zoe and Viktor. She comes from a hockey family, but like her twin sister did before marrying into it, she doesn’t care for the sport. Viktor, on the other hand, was a hockey rising star until he partied too hard and crashed, finding himself in rehab and subsequently traded.
I enjoyed the story very much. A heartfelt, slow burn love affair between a woman strong enough to separate herself from what could be a toxic relationship and a man finding his self-respect on the way to becoming whole again.
More than anything, the story feels like a journey and it’s filled with the realistic struggle a lot of people go through in their lives.
Another thing I enjoyed was the close bond between Zoe and Zara which I found was more palpable in this story. Zoe being the stronger of the two and finding herself in emotional turmoil while Zara’s pregnant, I felt brought out a more raw aspect of their love and dynamic which I feel the author capture to perfection.
In all, This is Wild was a good read and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

after reading the emotional plot line of a story in the previous NM series I was weary of this but I found that the storyline of Viktor's recovery I thought was done pretty well. The slow burn was good and for like 3 chapters straight I was in TEARS. I liked the friends to lovers and I thought the angst was appropriate for the storyline. Once they got together though the book ended so I wish that was flushed out a little more to see where they went after finally getting together.

M&M were amazing but their addition of Evan into their little group was perfection I love them. I also loved the relationship Evan and Zoe had, it was so so sweet.

Viktor is a man who is fighting his demons and trying to stay sober in the high pressure world of professional hockey. Zoe is the sister of his new team's GM, his realtor, and the girl he wants. As they struggle to remain just friends, something that is not helping them fight off their mutual attraction, especially as the Stone clan has adopted Viktor as one of their own. In the end Zoe wants Viktor for her own and nothing will stand in her way.

Madison delves into a tough subject, making a recovering addict lovable while staying true to their struggles. She nailed it, Viktor has the vulnerability and the desire to stay sober as he works through his 12 steps. Yet, it doesn't overpower the love of him and Zoe. Madison characters have emotional depth that leap off the pages and give you all the feels. Along with seeing all the past couples that give the comic relief that is lighthearted.

I have read almost all of Natasha’s books and this one is definitely my favorite. Zoe and Viktor are both such honest, good people that you can’t help but root for them. Viktor’s dedication to his sobriety is admirable, and Zoe is such a strong female character to look up to. This book had me laughing and crying. The story was one of strength and redemption and it pulled at my heartstrings. This is one of those books that stays with you. Natasha’s hockey world is one of my favorites, and it was so great seeing all the familiar faces from the previous books.

I just knew that Viktor's story was going to be an emotional one, I absolutely love this story about the ups and downs of someone that is struggling with addiction. I loved how the author didn't downplay the issue for the sake of a romance book but took you through the things that Viktor dealt with on a daily basis and it was so heartbreaking. He felt he didn't deserve someone like Zoe and he should work solely on himself in order to even come close to deserving her. Zoe was an awesome character she fought hard for those she loved and she was sweet, funny, understanding, and always there when someone needed her. I loved how she stood by Viktor and helped him in ways like emotionally being there for him and having an ear to listen to him and I also understood why Viktor felt like he had to wait in order to be with Zoe even though it was hard to see them both fight their attraction. In the end it all worked out the way it should have and I loved the family dynamic that Zoe's family offered Viktor since he didn't have too many people standing in his corner. This was such a great heart wrenching emotional book that deals with tough subjects but shows that even those who don't think they deserve love and the very ones that need it the most.

Trigger warning of substance abuse and almost relapse.

Very slow burn with all the angst and hidden feelings. Cute story and I LOVE Zoe and her personality.

Beautiful slow burn love story!

This story was phenomenal! I love it to bits, but I'm so confused as to when did the love between them starts. They hardly spend time with one another. I thought I miss a few pages. Lol Maybe they fell in love when he started opening up to her? Hmm..maybe. It's fiction, no biggie!! Lol

Anyways, I LOVE Viktor so much! You just can't help but feel for him. He's a recovering drug addict. You want the best for him, and Zoe is perfect for him. I already love Zoe in This is Crazy so no difference in this one. She have a personality that no matter what she do, it's sweet and adorable. Their love is a slow burn. You'll definitely see the friendship they have. Besides what I mentioned earlier, it is a beautiful love story. Them not giving up on one another is so beautiful. Another good story by Natasha!
