Another Stephanie Plum book under my belt. While I did enjoy it, I was starting to see the seeds of plot points people have been warning me about in upcoming books. Stephanie was more competent on the job in this one, which was nice to see, but it would've been nice if she could've relied on something other than sheer luck.

Also, if she were a real person, I might've had to shake her silly for some of her behavior and assumptions in this book.

Quick read. Exactly what I have come to expect and like. Several new characters that seem to be here for a bit and the return of the normal crew as well as visits from book one.

A great "break" in between serious books. Just what I needed right now.

The Stephanie Plum series is laugh-out loud funny. Doesn't hurt to have pleasant images of Morelli and Ranger in your head either...

Not as funny as some of the earlier books of the series. But I really love the way Stephanie is developing relationships with both Ranger and Morelli. Those relationships add a lot of fun to the hilarious mysteries.
