OMG I absolutely loved Havoc and her guys. I’ve read a TON of Omegaverse books and this one quickly climbed into my top 10. There were definitely times that my heart stopped for Havoc and I wanted to cry for the way Logan treated her (he got everything he deserved). There are little flashback scenes that explain a lot of the emotional background for the biggest conflicts. The groveling is pretty great from her pack as they learn about her trauma. This was very well written. Also I am a sucker for strong, observant, silent types (Bane) and chaotic, loving, psychos (Kai). If you are an omegaverse fan then read this!

A darker Omegaverse than I normally go for. Havoc and her alphas didn’t really solidify until the last 10-20% of the book, and so much of it was all of them trying to figure out how to deal with Havoc and the whole situation with their dead alpha. And there was a third act “breakup” that just hurt. Kai and Bane though, they made this work and kept everything from completely falling apart.
