Really cool book! It made me want to read more on the subject. Would have appreciated a bit more info on correlations between demographic diversity and cognitive diversity.

Very interesting although slightly repetitive towards the end. Some really powerful case studies about the importance of non-arbitrary diversity in problem solving, the plague of cognitive clones and the damage caused by hierarchy and dominance in group culture in our every day lives.

more of a 2.5 i guess. purely because the writing itself isn’t bad. i just didn’t find much of it interesting (i only really felt like reading two of the seven chapters, the other five really had me questioning whether or not i should simply stop reading.)

Slow pace and laborious. Could have been more concise.

I read this for Uni and it was pretty engaging. I think all academic literature is a bit hard to get into at first but this is worth getting into. it's incredibly interesting all the themes and ideas in the book really made me think.
