This masterpiece truly blew my mind! When I thought I had figured out where the characters were headed, they took me on a surprising twist. Ruby can absolutely hold her own and even surpass K.G. Reuss. The way she brings her characters to life and allows readers to feel what they’re experiencing is phenomenal. And let’s not forget that cliffhanger ending—I’m still holding out hope for that character! I first came across a TikTok showcasing that Raven Monroe was self-mute, and that instantly sparked my interest. Before everything goes awry, we get a glimpse into her life, which adds significant depth to her character.

The prologue was a bit tough to read, but it was so well-written that I couldn’t help but want to dive deeper into her story! I found myself completely unable to put the book down, and I’ve annotated it as if it’s my new favorite thing. Our three main characters—Maverick, Damon, and Jonas—are each wonderful in their own way. They all hold a special place in my heart, but if I had to choose, I would lean toward Jonas. He really gets down to the nitty-gritty! 😏

If you’ve made it this far, you’re awesome! Treat yourself to a cookie because you deserve it! This delightful adventure was something I didn’t know I needed, and I can’t wait to see what Ruby has in store for us next!

This book was an absolute thrill ride! The twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat, and I couldn't put it down once I started reading. I definitely recommend checking out the trigger warnings, but trust me, it’s worth it. You won’t want to stop until you’ve reached the very last page!

I never Saw this book coming.

Ok, that’s a tad dramatic. I knew about this book, but it had me on the edge of my seat.

It kept me on my toes while I was reading this book. As I devoured this masterpiece, I had to turn off my percentage on my Kindle so I wouldn't see how much I had left. Haden is “drool,” and the love he has for Millie is electric.

Once I started reading, I couldn’t put my Scrible down. I was highlighting/ annotating what seemed like every other page, and it was so much fun. Sometimes, it felt like I was a fly in the book's wall. While I was in a love-hate relationship with Colton, he never gave up; he was very persistent. I have never read an MMC where I wanted to yeat him off a cliff until Mr. Wheeler, but he will be surrounded by blankets and pillows and land on fluffy mattresses to cushion his fall. ( We need to protect Colton at all costs.)

Brynn has a special place in my heart. She wants to be the glue keeping her family together. She goes through ups and downs. As I was reading, I could feel her emotions. When the author can make you feel what the characters are going through, you know you have found an amazing author. Did I mention that an animal is in this story? I fell in love with the animal that was written in the story.

I can't wait to see what she has in store for her readers next.

This is a new author to me. OMMFG, this book was phenomenal. I loved the latest take on Mary Poppins. I have never encountered a remaining MP, so when I heard about this one, I knew I had to read it. Once I started reading, I didn't want to put my Kindle down. I cannot wait to read more from this author in the future. The chemistry between the characters was amazing.
