Oh lord! Jake is such a cheeky, womanizing biker with a sexy pierced šŸ†. Psst... he's also a baseball player! Mika, how did you manage to include all of this in one person? šŸ¤Æ I was a giggling mess every time he called Kallie 'princess.' Their banter was absolutely hilarious! Jake is the perfect spicy teacher, and I loved their bike ridesā€”so addictive and totally reminded me of my early 20s.

Plus, it's a short read you can easily finish in a couple of hours. It was great to see familiar faces from the previous books, and Lane's jealousy was šŸ¤£. I especially loved the double epilogues!

This is my honest review, and thank you, Mika, for the ARC opportunity!

Weā€™re back, and Billie and Lincoln are deep in their I hate you, but I love you phase.
Oh my god, Chelsie! The MFM sceneā€”I had to reread the beginning just to make sure I wasnā€™t dreaming.
I was torn about whether I should like Kai after what happened in book 1, but damn! My knees are literally weak after what he did for her. The things you do out of love! Chelsieā€™s descriptions were absolutely spot-onā€”I could visualize everything perfectly. And, of course, we end on another cliffhanger, ladies and gentlemen. Please make sure to check the TWs; mental health matters.

Thank you, Chelsie, for this ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts. I cannot wait for book 3!

Two souls grieving the same person. Luke hated bubbly Gigi when he found out his dad was remarrying and that heā€™d be gaining another sister. Gigiā€”short for Giuliana (is that Italian?)ā€”is a sunshine extrovert who, in my opinion, dated the wrong Palmer boy. They say grief brings people together, and it truly does here. The way Luke went above and beyond for Gigiā€¦ šŸ„¹

The pacing was so fast I skipped sleep to finish it, breezing through the story. The spice was great, and that cliffhangerā€”SARA! šŸ˜± I need book 2 pronto! Take your time, thoughā€”I'll be waiting.

Please check the TW. Your mental health matters.

This is my honest review. Thank you, Sara and Love Notes PR, for the ARC opportunity!

I started smiling like an idiot the moment I read that tatted Ghost (Marcus) and Luna are skilled hackers. I'm a sucker for bikers šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø, and Luna is also a gamer (so am I! Sister šŸ™ŒšŸ»). That's two reasons I signed up for this ARC. Marcus wants her so badly (it's mutual, folks), but he's afraid. By 50%, the spice starts spicing. They're so obsessed with and protective of each other (a match made in heaven). I loved all the side charactersā€”the found family shines throughout this book. And that extended epilogue? Beautiful, Eva šŸ„¹. Please make sure you check the TW! Thank you, Eva, and The Author Agency for this ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts.

Eva is truly selflessā€”the way she threw herself back into the lion's mouth to save her loved ones was incredible. Dana, Iā€™m so happy a certain someone is still alive! šŸ„¹ Shadow Daddy Bash and his team on a rescue mission had me hooked, and the found family dynamic, shining throughout from book 1, is still one of my favorite aspects of this series.

That said, I didnā€™t feel as drawn to this installment as I did with book 1. Evaā€™s captivity felt prolonged, but I absolutely loved her parentsā€™ POVsā€”they added so much depth. And Dana? You nailed the toe-curling spice! Those twists? Like punches hitting from every direction when you least expect them!

The ending was satisfying, but now Iā€™m dying to knowā€”what do you have in store for us in book 3?

Please check the TWsā€”your mental health matters. Thank you, Dana, for this ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts. Iā€™m so happy to be part of the Hellion fam!

This novella felt like a love story between Hesper and Morel, and I adored how Cyn portrayed their dynamic. Hesper is a strong, independent woman, while Morel is utterly putty in her hands. The love that blossomed between them was captivating, and every time Morel addressed her as 'my queen,' I melted a littleā€”even before she truly became his. Morel reminded me of LADs boys, desperately begging not to be left behind and all alone šŸ„ŗ.

Let us ride into battle together, side by side, a king and his queen. We fight as one, in every battle, until fate decides we are too much for this world. - Hesper

Despite being a novella, the world-building was rich and immersive. Be sure to check the TWs and read Death Cap first for the best experience!

Thanks Cyn for this ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts.

Never in my life did I expect grumpy Ryan Cody from the previous books to have once been a sunshine boy, while Rae is the grumpy introvert practically wearing an invisibility cloak. I gasped when Clem's mom appearedā€”what a twist! The typical rich-girl, poor-boy dynamic is present, but Ryan is such a romantic who fights for what he wants.

I teared up at Rae's conditionā€”scratch that, I bawled my eyes out again for the nth time, even though Iā€™m still sick. God, what a wonderful novella! And that acknowledgment? God. Damn. It broke me in the best way.

Now so many of the questions I had finally make sense. Please, please, for the love of God, check the TW! Read this after Honey Pot to make sense of everythingā€”and keep a box of tissues close. šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

Thanks Aubrey for this ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts.
