I feel bad that I couldn’t get into this book but after reading Gideon the Ninth I wanted something more like that, however this book is mostly in the second person pov which i super annoying. Also Gideon being dead when she was my favourite and the main reason I read the book…. Plus where’s my lesbian romance? I quit.

I am so disappointed ☹️ the first book was great but the second one completely changed the dynamics, there’s just something TOO familiar about this series… definitely been copied from things like hunger games, shatter me and shadow & bone
