YALL. This book. Oh this one brings allll the feels. I mean the tears?! Charlie & Autumn reeeeally do not like each other in the beginning after a tragedy tore apart their friend group years ago. But you know what they say, it’s a thin line between love and hate… and oh does that hate make for some delicious chemistry. Literally sweating over here. But the more they give into that heat between them, the more they learn about that tragedy and things start to shift between them. My heart absolutely broke for both of them. The way their grief was palpable and the way they’d both been affected by the tragedy. This one hurt, but absolutely put my heart back together as Charlie & Autumn found their happily ever after in each other. I loved every heartbreakingly beautiful moment of this one!!

Crew & Bret are everything. I loved watching them reconnect when Bret unexpectedly ends up as one of Crew’s roommates and watching them finally be able to act on that underlying chemistry between them. They might have to sneak around because he’s on her brother’s football team and her dad’s the coach, but that just adds to the intensity of their feelings. My heart broke for Bret and what led her to CTU. Her anxiety felt so raw and palpable. I love that Crew gave her a safe space, a space where she found herself again. Crew is the sweetest, and I spent the entire book swooning over him. I adored the found family aspects, and really enjoyed this one overall!

Obsessed. I eat up the heroine on the run, and Charleigh’s story had all the twists, the determination, the longing, and the found family elements I love. Charleigh’s story broke my heart, and was such an emotional rollercoaster. And River? I love his fierce protectiveness and his gruff exterior. The bond he has with his son, Nolan? Swoon. I absolutely love River & Charleigh’s together—the way she softens him and the way he gets her to stop running…I loved every. second.

Meghan Quinn books never fail to make me laugh, and this was the perfect holiday rom com to make me cackle! The banter and the trying t one up each other between Cole & Storee?! I ate it up!! It was so good. I was living for how unnatural the entire Kringle competition is for Cole, but how determined he was to win. The competition scenes def had me laughing. Under all that button pushing is so much fiery chemistry. I loved watching Cole & Storee find their way back to the friendship they had as kids (and more). I loved the playfulness, and I loved the heartfelt moments too. Absolutely perfect!

Royal King. I love him. I knew he was going to be a fun one, and this book was everything. Royal & Veda have a delicious dynamic with all the banter and the secret ties. I loved the way Royal pushed Veda out of her comfort zone. I loved the way she pushed back against him and didn’t initially give in. I was living for the way he was all in on his challenge to win her over. I loved watching Veda grow more confident in herself and what she wants. And can we talk about the mouth on this man?! Because IM SWEATING. Holy moly. I also loved alll the King family developments in this book, and I’m beyond excited for what’s next! I absolutely ate this one up!!

The way I love Jax & Sasha… I was so excited to go back to Haven River Ranch, and their story did not disappoint! These two have an immediate connection that Sasha tried to shut down as soon as she realized who Jax was. But Jax? I loved his determination and the way he worked his was through her walls when he realized that connection wasn’t one sided. Sasha’s got reasons to be guarded, and oof did her story tug on my heartstrings, but I adore how hard she worked. I was even more happy to see her realize she wasn’t alone and that she could turn to Jax. I loved the way he showed up for her and proved his feelings through the pregnancy. They truly make the best team, and they make my heart happy. I absolutely loved this one!

Another fast-paced romantic suspense with all the twists I couldn’t predict! I mean the gasps I gasped! Jason & Alisa meet when Jason saves her life. Their paths continue to cross until they can’t avoid each other. I love the determination Alisa has—the way she’s right there with Jason in the midst of the action. I always swoon for Barbara’s heroes and the way they swoop in. Jason & Alisa make the best team, and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time!

There’s something about a J.H. book that will inevitably have me wanting to pick up and move to small town Alaska. I loved Griffin & Tish. Griffin’s been hung up on her since they met, and when they’re finally in the same town? He’s determined to give them a shot. Tish has her reservations, but I absolutely adored the way Griffin continued to show up for her and to not give up. I loved watching Tish’s walls come down and seeing the two of them find their happily ever after. This was a quick read with all the feels and all the small town Alaska charm that I love about J.H.’s books! I also loved getting to see characters from a few of her other series!!

I fear Brady is my new favorite Wild. I love him. I knew I was already smitten with him after seeing him and Daisy in the last book, but oh girl. I love him. This man shows up for Abbi and her daughter. He does whatever he can to make life easier on Abbi. He’s so hesitant to get close to her, but he can’t fight the pull between them. Abbi is the most determined and strong-willed, and I’m in awe of her and how she’s continued to make it through everything life has thrown at her. Brady & Abbi together? They’re fire and such a perfect match. The way he reassures her, the way she gives him space to be himself. Gah I just loved it all.

Logan & Emiline. I don’t even know if I have the words. I’ve been waiting for these two as we’ve had glimpses of them throughout the series. I’m also a sucker for a brother’s best friend trope, so I was living for this one. These two have such a connection, and I loved watching it grow. I loved watching them build such a strong friendship and watching them sneak around (even if I was desperate for them to get to love each other out loud). Em is a girl after my own heart with her love of iced peppermint mocha, and her anxiety felt so raw. My heart was so happy to see Logan open himself up to the possibility of a future beyond his job. This one might have made me sob, but I loved it so much.
