Penric's Progress by Lois McMaster Bujold
The first story didn't quite click with me but the other ones? Love, love, love. Such much love for them. 🧡

Penric and Desdemona are awesome and I'm looking forward to read more of their adventures. I also hope that Oswyl and Inglis are going to show up again.
But, the cover? Shudders. Not my thing. I understand it better after reading the stories but a) why are not all of them shown and b) the artstyle is just not my thing.
Teen Titans: Starfire by Kami Garcia
Oh, I love Kori and to get Vic on top of it? *__*
Kori and Dick meeting for the first time? <3
I'm just sad about Kira.
As always - love, love, love the art.

I'm sorry, but it couldn't grab me and one or two of the witch things bug me in the wrong way. Maybe I'll try it again later on because it still kinda sounds interesting. But, since it's from the library and a bunch of people are waiting for it, I rather return it early.
Celestial Monsters by Aiden Thomas

Prince in Disguise by Tavia Lark
I really liked it. I loved seeing Bellamy coming into his own and growing and everything else. I also like Rakos finding out what is really important for and to him. And both of them realizing that it's not casual? ;)

A bit too few dragons for a book with dragonriders but Sarka tried to make up for it. I love sassy dragons. 🧡
Also, I can't decide if I would love or hate having a Blinkmink. ;)
The Life Impossible by Matt Haig
I'm a bit torn about it.
On one hand I love, love, love the fact that a 72 year old woman is the MC. I love the story/message about grief, guilt, living for/finding yourself (again) and so on.
But, the other part of the story didn't grab me. :( It wasn't bad or anything - it just didn't grab me. :(

A Gentleman of Dubious Reputation by Grace Burrowes
I love this.
I love, love, love, love Julian. <3 His past. His present. His friendship with Hyperia. His relationship with his brother, Arthur. His care for Atlas. Everything. <3
I love the mystery and that not everyone is how they've been presented (by Julian or themselves).
I'm so looking forward to the next part (when my library gets it).

Black Powder War by Naomi Novik
Yeah, loved it once again.
Re-reading these is so much fun. Knowing what will happen and seeing the little things that will lead to it? Looking forward to it (like the hatching of Iskierka?)? So, so, so much fun and joy (and anticipating heartbreak ;.;).
Love Laurence and Temeraire so much and now we have finally Tharkay and Iskierka too. <3
Looking forward to re-read the next part!
