I laughed, I cried, my inner child was healed. Time for a Tinker Bell marathon

Despite the extremely difficult subject matter, Walls’ engaging tone made it impossible for me to stop reading. Her story is full of hardship and heart, and she tells it matter of factly, no self-pity, and with a delightful sense of humor.

Quirky, snarky, and out of pocket. The perfect quick read to break you out of your reading slump. I died laughing reading this.

I really enjoyed this read. It seems like horror with a touch of sarcasm and tongue in cheek humor is a favorite of mine. The real horror wasn’t in the body gore (though there was a good amount of it) but in the gaslighting and claustrophobia in each marriage. Carter made me want to find a way to rip pages out of my e-book. I was thoroughly and deliciously unsettled the entire time I read. Shoutout to Blue for being subtly horrifying, and to Slick for being incredible. A great read.
