Chapter 55 - IN GRAPHIC AUDIO?? OMG.

This is my first "re-read" of ACOTAR series. When I first read it, I read the physical book.
Listening to the Graphic Audio is a whole new experience that I never knew I needed. It is my new favorite way to listen to a book. I don't know how I will ever go back to regular audio books.
Through this process, I am rediscovering my love for the ACOTAR series. The first time I read this series. This book was my favorite in the series, I think now that as I continue with my re-read that that may change. I loved reading about the cabin and have found that to be one of my favorite spots to read about. The cabin is so warm and inviting and I loved the little personality of magic that SJM created to go along with it. The rest of my review contains SJM Spoilers. Read at your own will.

In a Court of Mist and Fury, we are finally able to see Rhys and Feyre discover their love and attraction toward one another- event though it takes sometime since Feyre has endured so much that the trauma of under the mountain and being trapped inside the Spring Court has started to wear on her mentally, and emotionally. She begins to find solace and peace during the time that Rhysand cashes in his bargain right of Feyre spending one week with him a month in the night court, just as Feyre is about to marry Tamlin. Hearing her through the bond that snapped into place at then end of ACOTAR. He shows up and takes her away to the Night Court. He does not see her as weak or frail. He teaches her to read and builds her confidence up in a way that Tamlin refused to do. Tamlin did not see her as an equal but as lesser and weaker than him, even though she saved everyone from Amarantha's grasp.  Tamlin begins to change his views on where Feyre is allowed to go. Imprisoning her in the manor. While he does this to justify keeping her safe and where he can "protect" her. It is wrong. I don't believe Tamlin has any ill intent towards Feyre, I think Tamlin himself is broken and so desprete to keep her that he will do anything to have her. I still think he is very toxic and hope her doesnt end up with any of the Acheron sisters. As she is introduced to the City of Dreamers, Velaris, we are introduced to Cassian, Mor, Azriel and Amren. As I listened to this book I saw so many things that aligned with Crescent City. Amren remind me of the Asteri and the book of breathings is mentioned in CC. Ruhn looking like Ryhsand, and the truth teller being Gwydion's twin blade. So many other things. Like why is Mor always called a liar if her power is truth?? Is Archeron sister's mom the missing daughter talked about in CC or really mortal?
I have so many questions since reading CC.
