She has done it again. I love this author’s books and characters so much.
My only complaint is certain parts were a little predictable, but it can be hard, especially with fantasy, to not be a bit predictable when writing for specific tropes and audiences. And she does still manage to throw some surprises and twists in there.
Her creativity and world building is absolutely unmatched. The romance isn’t too slow but one rushed. The topics she’s addressing both as main themes and subplots are incredible and applicable to real life despite the book literally being about vampires and gods. I cannot get enough of her books
