A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson
5.0
My all time favortie book. Pip and Ravi are my favorite characters across any book I've read. The author has a way of making them feel alive within the words. I enjoy their banter and quick comebacks. Pip is by far the best written women in any book. She is smart, head strong, and she isn't dumbed down for a plot which is what I notice happens in most books.
By far the best book I've ever read and continue to read. It gets better after every read. (even after 5 )

As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson

Actually one of the craziest books I've read in my entire life. Uggghh everything about this book was amazing. The only problem I had was that the killer ( at least to me) was predictable. I don't think it was the main part of the book. The seond half of the book with her actually commiting the murder was the focus. The first half with her figuring it out was a little slow and a bit boring at times. Normally I don't feel that way when Im reading mystery books. I would of lked the typical plot twist that she writes normally. Usally I can guess right before it happens but this one I knew the killed mostly the whole book. But it was still an amazing read beacuse of the murder.
I still have my hopes for another book with pi and Ravi meetting up again. Even just a smaller book would be great.

The book was really good! The plot was amazing and kind of crazy that someone can think of all of this. I do think some parts were predicatable at points but others weren't. The romance was a bit weird at times and didn't feel like it fit. But other times it showed off the problems bel had with her mom goign missing. The build up for the book was a bit slow and I found myself getting bored while reading. But the author didn't dissapoint with the ending. I do think the ending was a bit insane compared to the rest of the story. It would have fit and feel neccasary if the rest of the book had the same pace as the last few chapters. It just felt very strong compared to the rest of the book.

AMAZING! I had seen this book everywhere because of Gracie Abrams song In between (huge Gracie fan here) This book started my maniac reading. Iv'e read every single one of her books in a month after reading this one. The writting is amazing and you truly feel the characters. Liz does get irritating while reading which isn't a bad thing. But you do love her and Wes reletionship durign the book. But the owl dress was a choice lol

Great book. I do think alot of it happened so fast. Like the romance bit came out of no where really. I mean other than the texting. Colin was a very perfect book boyfriend. For Olivia I really loved her in the beginning. I had no trouble reading about her life and if the romance wasn't there I think I would have been fine. But after awhile she got super irritating when she talked to Colin about what was going on. Honestly the endign was super annoying because she was the absolute worst and he forgave her and everything just fell inline. Not that I don't think she deserved everything that happened for her but DAMN the scene in the end at the coffee shop would have ruined anything for me.

Such a cute read. Normally when its a book that has the same day it gets repedative and annoying. But for this book the author only shared important and entertaning scenes. I didn't love the way it ended and how embaressed I was for her. But I loved the main couple so I let it pass.

SO AMAZINGGGGG. I loved everything about this book. The build up of their freindship and it moving on to more. The angst at points. It truly was a great book. The characters had so much personality and weren't just basic. I would of liked to see bailey interact with his family at sometimes but thats the only thing I missed

umm it was a read. All of the characters were annoying at times and the main couple wasn't really giving anything

I enjoyed alot of this book at times. But sometimes the main characters were so annoying and I don't love the miscommunication trope. Even though at times I knew he couldn't say anything. But she was the worst after she got fired and blaming him was SO ANNOYING OMG

This book was good at times and boring at others. To me the plot was predicatble. The ending was super jarring compared to the rest of the book. But I really did enjoy the main character. I imagined Niall and Niall from 1D so it was annoying for my imagery during the book lol
