‎‏This book was refreshing during my reading slump. It is a coming of age story it talks about life and death and life after death and talks about fate and free well. A fantastic adventure. I enjoyed the narration, the voice acting, and the music. I was picturing the scenes while listening to the story and I cried a little at the end. I am curious about the backstory of Silas he is a very interesting character also I wished to read more about Bod and ghosts final goodbye I think the end was rushed and needed more one chapter to wrap things up with explanations. I’m excited to read other books by Neil Gaiman.

A heartbreaking story.
The book addresses the bullying and suicide issues among teenagers. they are sensitive issues to discuss but this book is a good way to open the topic and talk about it.
Also it addresses loneliness and regrets themes and the importance of reaching people and connect with them.

When I started reading the book I was enjoying the captivating way of the writer’s style. Unfortunately, the tower was build in the beginning collapsed.
First, it could’ve been 100 or more pages less😡 I hated the book coz of the unnecessary repetition. Second, I didn’t like Henry and I see his curse is childish, pathetic, and not convincing.🥱
Third, in the beginning I like when things became romantic a little between Addie and Luc but later, the way how he became obsessed was so creepy and I hated it + Addie ran to the wood coz she didn’t want to marry and to not be someone’s asset but, here is Luc calling her “mine” 🤢
Lastly, I really hoped the main love interest to be Remy coz he was the absolute opposite of Luc and I wish to be the ending with the death of Luc and Addie stays with Remy. 🙄

I accidentally bought this book and such a beautiful accident! This small book introduced me to a great man “Morrie” oh how a funny, smart, and gentle he was I wish I have a professor or a guider like him in my life, Mitch was lucky to meet him. The book mede me cry a lot I almost finished the tissue box. The amount of wisdom inside this little book is incredible I highlighted a wisdom in every page.

I don’t know from where to start!
This book was an amazing companion, I felt it talking to me. I didn’t feel bored at all while reading the book on the contrary, I was reading it slowly because I didn’t want it to finish quickly. I felt like Elif and I, were one. Sometimes she talks to me and sometimes I am her.
Elif introduced me to many smart, wonderful, and powerful women writers I wouldn’t have known them if I hadn’t read her book.
I don’t think I would ever enjoy a memoir as much as I enjoyed this one, the way how Elif takes you into her life and sways between life events and other writers’ life stories is an exceptionally, magical way of storytelling.

Funny thing while I was reading, Elif spoiled the book "The bluest eyes" and I felt so sorry for myself coz the book is on my TBR LOL.

I read this book coz I loved The Hen Who Dreamed She Could Fly unfortunately, I finished it with disappointment.
First, the story has nothing with the book title. The dog had no dream.
Second, there was many plot holes the writer was jumping from point to another without a complete picture.
Lastly, it was so long and slow paced I felt boring. It could be shorten to less than 100 pages.

A scary book yet beautiful I don’t have a kid yet so idk if this will be scary for them but, I like how it mentioned the dark will always be there. You can as a parent explain in simple words the science behind the dark while reading the story it will make learning fun.
