This book had a lot of things going for it but it ass soooo long and so slow paced.

There were a couple of fun twists and turns but I wouldn't have finished it if I could've found a spoilery review online because it dragged a bit too much for my liking.

The ending was... fine? Kind of dumb and a bit anti climactic but okay, I supoose

'“You make me insane,” he says in a low voice. “I don’t think it’s healthy to want anybody this much.”'

I've missed Lake and Ryker, and I'm so glad we get to see more of them ❤️

Just Forever is a slice-of-life, PWP, domesticity & blowjobs story set 2 years after Just a Taste.  So many times I've wished a fave book had a sequel-length epilogue and that's basically what Just Forever felt like!

This book won't make any sense unless you've read book 1, and nothing much really happens except a lot of sex which is exactly what I needed for this story. Just Lake and Ryker loving and being constantly horny for each other and trying to navigate life together while secretly married and with challenges like Ryker's NHL travel schedule.

There was maybe a bit much sex, blowjobs especially, since these two guys still can't get enough of each other even two years in which is kind of lovely in its own way lol

Just Forever is indulgent and wonderful, and I want this kind of sequel for so many of my fave books!

Thank you to the author for providing me with an ARC.

It's been a few hours since I finished this book and I'm already struggling to remember it.

I've really liked the two previous podcast-centered thrillers I've read but this one wasn't all that and I feel like it could've been half as long.

Prequel short story (erotica, fantasy) to A Safe Place to Land.
Demon hushands Samael and Mithros seduce the god Aren aka the worst spy ever.
I liked it but not as much as the previous two stories

"Matts wonders if there’s a word that means the opposite of catharsis. A word that means being so filled with emotion you hemorrhage with it; it consumes you."

Yeah so if anyone figures out this word lmk because I need it to describe how /I/ feel right now about this book!! 🥰😭

Reading Free From Falling seriously felt like I was falling in love alongside the characters! My heart's beating too fast,  I can't wipe this goofy grin off my face, and I'm just so absolutely SMITTEN and IN LOVE and I want to EAT THIS BOOK!

Matts and Sydney are ~perfect~ together and I honestly was not expecting to be head over heels for Matts after LRPD. But like Sydney, I couldn't help but fall. For both of them!

EL Massey's writing is an IV of serotonin straight into my veins and I feel high on happiness and love right now *swoon*

"You’re so strong. They say.
You’re so brave. They say.
Some days, Sydney is so tired of being brave.
She wants to just be. Without witnesses or expectations or the burden of representing an entire fucking group of people in the public eye."

This was a really fun paranormal mystery and romance between two MCs in their 40s. The author is an Egyptologist and used her knowledge to great advantage for this book.

Another great short erotica about husbands Mithros, Aren, and Samael. Some sleepy, morning sex turning into a filthy and emotionally fulfilling dp.

Again with the worldbuilding, little mentions of lore that have me super intrigued and wanting more

Fantasy erotica MMM short story.
Two husbands playing a little game while waiting for their other husband to come home and join them.

Super hot and playful smut, and I was really impressed with the worldbuilding considering this didn't have any plot.

Wilfred Owen to Siegfried Sassoon:

"And you have fixed my Life – however short. You did not light me: I was always a mad comet; but you have fixed me. I spun round you a satellite for a month, but I shall swing out soon, a star in the orbit where you will blaze."

Told in flashbacks/memories by Sassoon post-war, the play is mostly based on real letters and diaries, and it's very gay and very sad.

I basically cried throughout reading the whole play which chronicles the time Owen and Sassoon knew each other from their time at Craiglockheart hospital in October 1917 to Owen's death and the end of the war in November 1918. Ouch.

First standalone I've read from Alice Winters. It was funny, though not as much as her other books, and this one had a really sad backstory.

I liked both Alex and Bishop, I thought their banter was great, and I loved Alex and Callie's relationship.
The "gifts" were well done, and while I felt the book could've cut some of the middle parts, I mostly liked the plot too.
