This book literally cured my illness (or maybe I was just a little overheated and resting in bed reading helped, but I’m almost certain it was the book).

It’s so queer Nancy Drew but now with a Cryptid! The characters are so precious and I felt their love for each other and the park so deeply that I cried - I never cry at books (maybe because I read almost exclusively horror but WHO COULD SAY). It’s so fun and reminiscent of my own teen years (minus the cell phones). i’m not great at writing reviews, but this Swamp Monster here loved it.
