This was sadly underwhelming
I love clueless and silly frat boys, but this didn’t work for me

Archer was too clueless in some situations.
The story was nothing new, really predictable and sadly the sex wasn’t very hot or descriptive (i know that’s something that is super personal)

This was shockingly bad.
Bad editing, incoherency, and even if I was invested enough to finish it (audiobook) it was all in all disappointing.

I didn’t expect Tristans personality to be „bratty teen“ (he’s 36(?)) in Stupid Dirty he made the impression of being a tough guy, rough around the  edges and so on.

Ford (27(?)) being grumpy and had basically no personality except for his trauma that rendered him mute.

The sex was off, sometimes it feels like half of it happened off page … idk 😭
the ending left so many things in the open.

The abusive/neglective parent angel  (again) 🙄
And the fact that she had bipolar II diagnosis… bc let’s face it the message is always: parents with mental health issues are bad parents 🙄🙄🙄

I’m giving a star for the narration
And 0.5 bc I should’ve dnf‘d it but didn’t

Mental Health/Illness > neglecting mother

I have a few more thoughts but need to sort through them

It was an „okay“ read
but I‘m not happy with the portrayal of „the villain“ in the story… (well there’s the mental health angle and the mother is neglecting bc of it, there’s also a young Teenager who’s on the autism spectrum, who starts hyperfixating on MC1 which turns into stalking (..) )
I’m not happy with the ending either
The build up was promising some angst but it wasn’t, it was more an „Ben Affleck with the Zigarette Meme“ Moment for me.
