This was a really great book. I’m not sure if it is just the ebook or not but there were a lot of typos and extra word placements in weird places. That detracted from my overall enjoyment of the story.

This is the weirdest and best kind of slow burn I’ve ever come across. I enjoyed the growth I saw in both main characters and the writing was gorgeous. I need to read more by Bolu Babalola.

Well. This was a really well written book. The illustrations are beautiful. I did not like it quite as much as Eliza and Her Monsters.
