And so begins my Narnia journey.... Though I have a feeling chronological order may not be the popular choice.

The right way to do a book that leaps into the next series. Returning to the world of All Souls is always exciting, and it's characters are an old manuscript. Turn the pages carefully, and their is so much to be found.

Usually I don't like the third act break ups in Anas books, but this one did managed to land for me!

It was good, but sometimes achingly slow. The characters were interesting but sometimes bled together, and I often felt they're were holes in their progression I just couldn't make sense of. However, the story was intriguing even if I grow tired of Trials plotlines. The magic was new, and entrenched in a history I wish had been involved a little more.

The only fake dating book I've ever actually liked! Also we love it when the small town outcast leaves her town behind for a better life in the big city.

God bless this book for restoring my faith in Elsie and ending the month and a half long reading slump powerless put me through.

If you liked Book Lover by Emily Henry and spend your time wishing the evil girlfriend in the Hallmark movie had her own love story, this is your book.
