As someone who is also half white, half Mexican, this book really spoke to me on a spiritual level šŸ˜ this is the first book Iā€™ve ever read that has a half white, half Mexican main character. And a mystery-book-loving girl at that! I wish I could go back in time and give this book to my younger self; she wouldā€™ve loved it.
All that to say, I still love this book ā¤ļø the whole cast of characters was amazing and the mystery actually had a plot twist I didnā€™t see coming!

Sci-fi just isnā€™t my thing šŸ˜ I liked all the political drama, the correlations between this world and our own world, but alas I donā€™t really care to read about outer spaceā€¦

Each chapter focuses on a new case to solve. It was really fun to try and see if I could figure it all out before Sherlock announced what really happened.
One of my favorite cases was ā€œThe Red-headed League.ā€ I really didnā€™t see that ending coming.
