Honestly, this was just okay for me. Did it keep my attention? Yeah. Was I rooting for the couple? Sure. But I’m sitting here writing this a week after finishing and I can’t say I remember much about it so I think that definitely says something.

I enjoyed the story's premise: a goose chase for a runaway bride and a second chance romance. The adventure of it was definitely fun. Emma was a little much at times, but she definitely cared for those she loved very deeply and would do anything for them. But I really felt bad for Finn that she held just a grudge against him for years without knowing the full story. And the cheating trope seemed extremely unnecessary.

Oh and honestly? Emma’s friends all sucked. Every single one of them.

All in all, not my favorite romcom but it wasn’t a bad time either
