The Second Chance Year by Melissa Wiesner

4.0

This was so good. It felt like Emily Henry and Ashley Poston had a book baby, and it happens to be this book.

This had a sweet slow burn romance, along with a focus on one woman's relationships with her friends, family, and the world around her.

This book was heavy on all the things women struggle with in the world world, so know that going in. It often infuriated me and was hard to read.

I loved the fantastical element and the underlining message. Focus all your energy on the future vs. the past you can't control.

I couldn't put this book down. 4
