This series had potential but it didn't get the time and editing it needed.

All 4 books were the biggest mess I've read in terms of writing. Soooo many typos, sentences that didn't make sense, entire paragraph recaps that weren't needed.

And at the end of it all? Did we really catch the actual villain of the story? No, we didn't.

And if you like Malik? Too bad. He apparently wasn't of use to the plot of this book so he was put in time out for 95% of the book.

Oh also, we were told Gad and Ceres were cousins. But then Gads mother said Ceres is her brother. Which makes Ceres Gadriels uncle... not cousin.

So there's that.

They read like a first draft.
