4.5 stars. This was amazing. It was dark and funny and an overall very satisfying read. Lucky was a witty and lovable character, and the story was nicely built.

Before reading this, despite all of the reviews I had seen before, I was only warned that it mentioned bullying, abuse and suicide. If you read this, though, I'd like to add a massive trigger warning for sexual assault. I was not expecting any in this book and if you, like me, are sensitive to that topic, I understand you'd need to know in advance. I would have preferred to know. This has nothing to do with my rating of the book at all, I'm just giving a warning to help a reader out.

It's a very great and definitely memorable book. I wasn't disappointed. I fully recommend it.
