2020 Eisner Award Finalist - Best Continuing Series
After the bonkers ending to Volume 1, this volume takes a breather to focus on the relationship between Charlie and Vita, although there's still plenty of action. It's a queer version of Thelma & Louise, mixed with doses of Mission: Impossible and Fast & Furious. There also continues to be lots of commentary on the pitfalls of our modern online economic society, ranging from online security to online commerce. I like how this series is not just a one-note symphony. This is the kind of graphic story that Hugo Award voters should nominate.
