This series was highly recommended to me, but it's not my cup of tea. I'm an impatient reader who wants the story to move quickly, this is more of a detailed book with lots of description and long character development. It's just not my vibe, I need a faster pace to keep interested.

That being said, it ends excellently. Everything comes together like pieces of a puzzle. However, I don't think I'll be picking up the other two books. The pace was simply too slow for me.
