There are so many books and podcasts about navigating your 20s, but we definitely need more books like this for women in their 30s! I really enjoyed this read, and the added input from the author’s followers gave it a personal, relatable touch.

A lot of this book was super insightful and made me feel less alone in my own thoughts and experiences as a 34-year-old woman. It was comforting to see some of my own views reflected on the page, which is always such a validating feeling.

That said, I didn’t fully connect with the chapters about the author’s experiences with endometriosis and ADHD. While they were important and authentic, they just didn’t resonate with me as much as other parts of the book.

Overall, this was a great, thought-provoking read, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for some honest and relatable reflections on life beyond your 20s!
