The Wangs vs. the World by Jade Chang
3.0
It's a fun story about a family going through major life changes. As the individual family members learn what to do due to this unexpected change, it reveals their different perspectives about wealth and the privilege that comes with it. I didn't find it particularly relatable but it was a little insightful. I also wasn't convinced by the siblings' portrayal as really tight-knit. They seemed to know superficially about each other's lives, yet they're portrayed as extremely close. There was a few semi-interesting comments about race.
