This made me nostalgic for the TV show, but would've loved to see more development from Terminal's perspective. One of the cooler things about the Batman line is its focus on villains and their development as characters. Yes, Terry's return is compelling but his reunion of Dana felt empty. It didn't mesh with main plot even though it was part of it?
As for the reveal - only Terminal could've pulled this off - Carter is problematic to begin with but when Terminal is triggered, he's an outright menace - a brilliant menace. I refuse to believe he's dead mainly because [NO SPOILER] beat the living crap out of Jason Todd with a crow bar once, and that boy survived.
