Wow. This book left me feeling sad and confused, but in a best way possible. The books horror aspects of growing old and not being sure of what is going on is done wonderfully. 

Penny is quite an unreliable narrator, since she can' t remember everything (and sometimes feels like anything). It leaves you wondering, can you trust the people who should care for you? Or was it all in her head? Or maybe, does she have dementia? I loved the ending, since I changed my mind constantly of what was going on.
