Another entry in the Immortals After Dark Series that feels engaging and unique in its world building from start to finish. Even widely used tropes feel fresh and charming in this violent universe. It was so good to see characters that we’ve become invested in from previous books (I’m especially excited to see Bowen and to get to his book next), and the Hie was such a great thrill ride!
