Do NOT let the cover fool you!! This was spicier than a vindaloo🌶🥵🔥 I went in blind, and based on the cover alone, was expecting a cutesy little romance but gosh I was not disappointed! The chemistry between Emmeline and Benjamin was definitely sizzling from the off and their connection was sweet. The tropes arent usually ones i would gravitate towards but this was a fun, fast paced, enjoyable read that gets you emotionally invested from the off. However, lying in a hospital bed 5 hours after birthing a whole human is definitely NOT the best time to start reading this! Do not be me! Make better choices for your spiceathon😅
