Although this book was published in 2013 and it mainly talks about freelance editorial business practice in the UK, Harnby knows her stuff and has created a dynamic business template for newer editors to the scene. Had I read this when I was just starting out, I can only imagine how much time and grief I would have saved.

Since I've read it, I know I'll save a whole lot more.
