I'm just so bored and I've already had bad luck with other books this month. If I force myself to finish I know I'm gonna end up in a reading slump. I'm not giving this a rating because this was not a book I was expecting to enjoy in the first place, as I usually do not enjoy historical fiction, but I gave it a chance for my book club. If you like historical fiction, you may enjoy this book. I was pleased with the writing, I just wasn't engaged with the story.
