Oh. My. Gosh. This one hit me in so many feels that I was screaming by the last half of the book. I liked the first two books of the series, but this just had a whole new feel and totally switched gears here! In true SJM fashion, the last 50-100 pages were an absolute rollercoaster of emotions and I'm chomping at the bit to get to Queen of Shadows (though I'm taking the recommended detour to The Assassin's Blade first). I don't want to get spoiler-y, but I grew to love some of the new men in this book and hope they get the proper page time that they deserve. Either way, this book was utterly amazing and devastating and I'm SO INTO IT!
