This book is so lovely but also a bit of contradiction. On one hand, it has elements of a cozy story about making a place for yourself away from the burdens and expectations of your family. On the other hand, there are monster hunters, demons, angels wielding swords, and a really toxic mom. It's also about the power of love and what it means to change your life for love.
