Extremely well written. You feel like you’re among the nuns in this abbey gossiping and going on about your tasks and just seeing things unfold. Overall, though, it just wasn’t for me, and that’s okay :) Would recommend to people who like historical fiction that gets a little mystical but doesn’t fall into the realm of fantasy, especially if you enjoy stories that surround religion and the complexity of it.
