Wow. I really don't know what to say. This had been on my shelf for a bit, and I've wanted to read it for a while. I'm so glad I did. Reading about the constant struggles, chains still being locked, and politics continuing to put down peoples of color....it is truly eye opening. I don't know how someone could read this and not feel empathy for fellow human beings. I hope to become a better ally having read this.
